TMI together with its school partners started the pilot project of what is now acknowledged as the Tambayayong E-library systems (TELS)

Tambayayong E-Library Systems (TELS) is a locally-networked repository system for organizations or places with intermittent or no internet connections. The TMI e-library stores a comprehensive collection in digital form or electronic media format on any subject in written materials, audio and video that can be accessed 24/7 in Mainit.

E-library and its periodic maintenance.
