Brigada Eskwela!
Brigada Eskwela or the national Schools Maintenance week is a nationwide initiative by DepEd that mobilizes parents, alumni, civic groups, local businessmen, NGOs, teachers, students and individuals who volunteer their time skills and resources to prepare public school facilities every year opening.
For the past decade TMI has provided the future generation of Mainit with its Brigada Eskwela program. Be it by donating reading materials, "tsinelas", chairs, studying materials or book readings and story tellings. TMI has always believed that education is something no one can ever take away from you.
Even amidst the Covid 19 Pandemic TMI still continues its Brigada Eskwela Program, by donating a Handwashing facility and a Heavy duty copier to one of its recipients; Mainit National Highschool, to help them prepare for their upcoming modular classes.
